By creating an account or using Syntra at syntra.uno, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Syntra is a SaaS platform that aggregates multiple AI models with automatic routing, chat, specialized agents and an AI Compute Credits system. Features may evolve; some are marked as «coming soon» in the app or website.
2. Account and eligibility
- You must be of legal age and capacity to contract.
- You are responsible for credential confidentiality and activity on your account.
- Prohibited: abusive use, spam, illegal content, attempts to bypass plan or credit limits, reverse engineering of the service.
3. Plans and credits
Self-serve plans include, among others, monthly credit allocations as published at /pricing (currently: Free 30, Starter 450 at €16/month, Pro 1000 at €29/month). Credits are mainly for agents and advanced tasks; chat on paid plans may continue in degraded mode without credits, as described in the product.
Credits are not money, are not transferable and may expire or be adjusted on renewal per the active plan. Top-ups are sold separately.
4. Payments
Subscriptions and top-ups are processed by Stripe. Renewals are automatic until you cancel in the customer portal. Refunds follow applicable law and Stripe policies; contact us for billing errors.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide the service. You may not submit third parties' sensitive personal data without a legal basis.
6. AI outputs
Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. You should validate critical information (legal, medical, financial) before acting. Syntra does not provide professional advice.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability, but the service is provided «as is» without continuous uptime guarantee. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months by the user in question.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service or other users.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Competent courts: Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer rights.
